SUMMER CLASSES
FOR ADULTS
The main goal of this course is to give students a reliable understanding of the fundamental concepts of Islam. This course will help students become more acquainted with a number of contemporary issues that we are encountering today. It is important for Muslims to have an essential foundation of the Islamic Creed in order to respond to challenges posed by modernism, feminism, liberalism, secularism, and atheism. Students will receive a reliable introduction to fundamental concepts and principles. The sciences that will be covered during this class will be: Aqeedah, Hadith/Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence).
Students are not required to have any previous Islamic Studies background in order to enroll in this course. The course will be composed of assignments and exams. Students that demonstrate proper understanding and successfully complete the course, will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. This course is designed for high-school and college level students.
